As a founding member of QS2 Medical Billing & Consulting, Patricia brings over 20 years' experience in Medical Office management, Claims Billing, Contract Review/Negotiation, Personnel Management, Credentialing and more to QS2. Patricia provides guidance and direction in all clinical matters as well as verifies and posts claims and works Aged Receivables.

Debra A. Quenneville, RMC (Owner)


Also a founding member of QS2 Medical Billing & Consulting, Debbie's 12+ years' experience in Medical Claims Billing coupled with her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills have proved invaluable. Debbie receives, verifies, and posts claims.

Barbara F. Snyder, CPC, RMC (Owner)


Also a founding member of QS2 Medical Billing and Consulting, Barb brings over 15 years of exceptional knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding for a variety of medical disciplines to QS2 Medical Billing & Consulting. From Pediatrics to Family Practice, from Cardiology to Chiropractic, Barb has the coding expertise to ensure that all claims are 'clean' claims.

Steven R. Slansky (Owner)


As a part owner, Steve brings a business education and 30+ years' business experience to QS2 Medical Billing & Consulting. As business manager, Steve manages the office including administration, sales, systems/software support & training, customized reports generation, as well as payment posting and Aged Receivable duties.

Kelly A. Lloyd (Manager, Posting & Aged Receivables Specialist)


With a complete understanding of insurance company operations and medical practice needs, Kelly ensures that all claims are followed thru to payment. The majority of Kelly's established accounts enjoy current receivables (60 days & less) above 90%! She is also a member of the contract review team.

Patricia Lynn Craig (Referral Coordinator)


Patricia Lynn handles all aspects of the referral process; meticulously working with medical office staff, insurance companies, labs, and patients. Her 17+ years experience and her impeccable interpersonal skills enable her to effectively handle the demands of the referral department.

Yamina Rojas (Referrals & Aged Receivables Specialist)


With 3+ years in claim posting and referral management, Yamina supports both areas as needed and helps ensure all referrals and claims are executed in a timely manner. Yamina is also bi-lingual and can assist all Spanish-speaking patients.

Carrie Esau (Posting & Aged Receivables Specialist)


Carrie brings over 10 years experience to the Aged Receivables Team. Carrie ensures that all claims are followed up on by the 45th day or sooner. Most claims are worked immediately upon receipt of EOB/RA. Carrie ensures that all claims not received from the carriers are worked to completion.

Christine O'Rourke, LPN (Posting & Aged Receivables Specialist)


Christine brings a nursing education to her Posting and Aged Receivables duties and assists in ensuring that all claims are clean prior to transmission to the carriers. She is also a payment posting specialist.

With an MBA in Technology Management and over 20 years in the Information Technology field, Scott's talents allow QS2 Medical Billing & Consulting to take full advantage of state-of-the art technology both internally and externally. Scott's expertise continues to prove invaluable as physical location becomes less relevant than the ability to effectively communicate over the Internet.
